Diarest-M Gel is an antacid and anti flatulence syrup for cats and dogs. WARNING: Do not feed more than 10 teaspoonful in 24 hours period, or use this maximum dosage for more than two weeks. Composition: Each 5 ml contains (Teaspoonful) -Activated Dimethicon IP 5O0 mg -Magnesium Hydroxide IP 250 mg (Added as Magnesium Hydroxide paste) -Dried Aluminum Hydroxide _IP 250 mg (Added as Magnesium Hydroxide paste) -Sorbitol Solution (70%) (Non-crystallizing) IP 1.25 gm -Colour : Erythrosine Direction for use: Shake well before use. Keep bottle tightly closed and avoid freezing. Store away from sunlight, Keep out of reach of children. Not for human use Dosage: As directed by Veterinarians 1-2 teaspoonfuls (5-10 ml) 1/2 to 1 hour after each meal or whenever symptoms are pronounced. Is it safe for cats? Dimethicone: Generally safe.
