Shelter Location: Barasat
Shelter personnel: Experienced Paravet proficient in cat care. 

Booking fee: Non-refundable, not adjustable with final bill. 

Homestay charges per cat (Food, Nursing and supervision only) excluding medicines and dressing materials (BEST deal Negotiated by RKD):
1) Rs. 300 (Via RKD Rs. 250 per calendar day. 

2) Rs. 2,100 (Via RKD Rs. 1,750) per calendar week. 

3) Rs. 9000 ( (Via RKD Rs. 7,500) per calendar month. 

Limits of Responsibilities:
*Mentor-*
1) Coordinate directly with shelter owner after booking is confirmed by RKD and follow the communication systems of the shelter. 

2) Buy all medicines at reasonable cost from RKD and provide to shelter owner or buy online from RKD and instruct to deliver free of charge to shelter or buy from own sources and provide to shelter. 

3) Provide prescription of registered vet doctor of own choice to shelter during admission
or
book RKD's vet doctor's visit to shelter @ Rs. 300 vet's fee per visit for checking patient upon admission and prescribing the treatment. (No extra fees of vet upto 7 days from first prescription.) 

4) Be in touch with shelter at intervals scheduled by shelter and be satisfied that the patient is getting the best nursing care. 

5) Directly pay all the nursing charges of the shelter on the basis of admitted days as per terms and conditions of shelter owner. 

6) Sign any informal document of undertaking/ pay deposit money that the shelter owner may require, pay for any diagnostic tests or pet transport that may be required. 

6) Accept negative outcome of case if the patient doesn't heal exactly as expected or if there is unfortunate death of patient. 

*Shelter owner-*
1) Complete responsibility of feeding/ injecting/ applying medicines as prescribed, including total nursing care. 

2) Hygienic Cleanliness and Safety of shelter. 

3) Regular communication with mentor, doctor and RKD Pet shop. 

4) Order on timely basis and obtain all required medicines from RKD, pay the bills of RKD for each patient and obtain payment for such bills from the mentor. 

5) Be completely answerable to the mentor regarding process and outcome of treatment. 

RKD Pet Shop:
1) Negotiate the best rate and ascertain the space available at shelter, confirm the ready acceptance of the animal upon arrival at shelter and provide cage rental to the shelter, the cost of such rental being billed to the shelter owner. 

2) Provide chargeable pet cab service to the mentor if requested. 

3) Keep all prescribed medicines/ dressing materials in stock and provide to shelter within one hour of demand. 

4) Share all patient bills of medicine supplies immediately upon order --to shelter owner and mentor, deliver the ordered items to shelter after receiving payment from mentor. That allows the mentor to know exactly what is the expense against which medicines. 

5) No liability about course of treatment, progress of treatment or its outcome. 

6) Commitment towards timely arrangement of all medicines, diagnostic tests, arranging doctor's visit and transport as and when requested.
