This is a service to animal lovers and pet owners for drafting an effective Police Complaint Letter on behalf of the complainant in cases where there is a genuine threat or actual harm to stray or pet animals by people who are intolerant of animals.

The fee for our consultant will be Rs. 500, payable to our business account of RKD Multispeciality Enterprise at Barasat.

*The service will include:*

1) Tele-counselling of the complainant as the first step to see if mutual discussion with the offender could help.

2) In mild cases, a 'Letter of Notice' will be arranged from an authorized animal welfare NGO and addressed to the offender. Such cases may or may not require further action through local officials or Police.

3) Initially talking to your local councillor over phone to get the matter sorted out at local level without going to police.

4) Dealing with Police over phone to initiate their action after the drafted complaint letter is signed by the complainant and submitted to Police.

5) It will include writing a brief to a suitable animal friendly lawyer in case you need legal assistance. Lawyer's fee will be separately charged by lawyer.

*Note:*
1) The service will require complete facts to be sent to us by email in very clear words and pointwise as per the guidelines that shall be sent after booking through this online portal is completed.
2) Payment will only be required to be made after we agree to deal with the case.
3) Stage 4 and 5 of the service will require one additional booking fee to cover both stages upto a period of one month from date of first booking, beyond which additional booking will required for each subsequent month.
4) The success of the service shall depend entirely upon the cooperation of the complainant and his/ her compliance with what is advised by us from vast experience.
