Communication Policy:

1)   All formal communications between customer and the Company shall be considered as legally valid and cognizable for litigation if conducted through the official email of the Company at addressed to the Proprietor.

2)   All informal day to day or hour by hour communications regarding transactions or queries should be by whatsapp without using the ‘Disappearing Messages’ function.


Litigation Policy:

All litigation shall be within the jurisdiction of Barasat District Civil Court and West Bengal Consumer Court or any National Consumer Grievance Forum or Authority constituted by the Govt. of India.
